| My role is definitely taking on an international flair. I have always had many contacts in the rotational molding world but have now been able to visit many of the molders that I only see at conferences and discuss potential ways of working together. This includes training and plant assessments but also involves helping people find licensees for their products or helping molders to find products they are interested in.
