From a training perspective, I have two main areas of interest; Rotational Molding and Lean Manufacturing. My background and experience in rotational molding have enabled me to construct a wide-ranging seminar (the inspiration for Rotational Molding: A Practical Guide) that can be tailored to a specific training need. Over the last two years, I have been absorbed by the principles of lean manufacturing and have implemented a number of programs at several molders. I believe that every molder (manufacturer) should at least become familiar with the basics and the potential of this approach.
